Below you can find all the information you need about requesting and manage registered and protected chatrooms

Information about Registered chatrooms:

How can you request a registration?
• Everyone, at any time, can request for a registration.
• Click here to fill in a registration application form.

Which criteria a chatroom must fulfill to be considered for registration.?
• The applicant has never been denied access to Omni-Chat.
• The chatroom is at least seven days continuously visited.
• All visitors of the room agree to the Code of Conduct.

The procedure:
• The applicant receives from Omni-Chat a confirmation of the application registered chatroom form.
• The new chatroom will be monitored on activity during seven days.
• The roomowner will be notified by e-mail about the result.
• With good results and after receiving the right information the chatroom will be registered.

Which criteria a registered chatroom must fulfill?
• The owner and the designated moderator(s) must be regularly present in the registered chatroom.
• The owner of the registered chatroom or the designated moderator(s) remain to ensure that chatters will respect the Code of Conduct.
• If the owner and the designated moderator(s) can not be present for two days or longer in the registered chatroom, Omni-Chat must be informed.

What happens if a registererd chatroom can no longer fulfill the criteria?
• Omni-Chat will contact the owner by e-mail.
• If the criteria mentioned above, no langer can be fulfilled, the registered chatroom will be removed.

• You can request for a protected room at any time you want.

Which criteria must a protected chatroom fulfill?
• The applicant has never been denied access to Omni-Chat.
• All visitors of the room agree to the Code of Conduct.
The procedure:
• De applicant receives from Omni-Chat a confirmation of the application registered chatroom form.
• After receiving the right information the chatroom will be protected.

Which criteria a protected chatroom must fulfill?
