Information about Registered Chatrooms:

How can I request a registered chatroom?
• Everyone can at any time request a registered chatroom.
• Click here to fill-out the registered chatroom request form.

What are the conditions to request a registered chatroom?
• The requester has never been denied access to the services of Omni Chat.
• The chatroom for which the registration is requested is present every day.
• As chatter, the requester has agreed to the Code of Conduct.

The procedure:
• After the request, Omni Chat will sens an email to the address of the requester to confirm the request.
• The chatroom for which the registration is requested will be monitored for 1 week to see if it meets the requirements of a registered chatroom.
• The requester will be notified via email about the result.
• At a positive result and after receiving the data about the chatroom, the chatroom will be registererd.

What are the requirements for a registered chatroom?
• The owner or his appointed hosts will be present every day in the chatroom.
• The owner of the registered chatroom or his appointed hosts will keep seeing to it that the chatters conformate to the Code of Conduct.
• When the owner cannot be in his/her chatroom for more than 2 days, he/she will notify an Admin from Omni Chat before the period of abcense.
• When notification of an Admin is not possible before the period of abcense, the owner will notify an Admin as soon as possible (possibly by someone else).

What happens if my registered chatroom does not meet the requiremenst anymore?
• Omni Chat will contact the owner via email.
• When, without reason, the chatroom doesn't meet the requirements anymore, the registration will be undone. The data about the room will be saved and the room will become a protected chatroom.
