| Every chatroom, that uses the Omni Chat services, has the right for Omni Chat support. Registered rooms however, receive some more support than the others. This support uses up a lot of our capacity, therefor Omni Chat has listed some criteria for registered rooms. Click here for information about registered rooms.

| Staff: |
On our services, you can stumble upon Omni Chat Staffmembers. Mostly they can be recognized by their Omni Chat symbol attached to their Staff-Name. Staffnames*) at Omni Chat are: Admin_, Sysop_, Guide_, Staff_ , D&D_, Mod_. *)All other variaties of these names can mean you are dealing with a fake staffmember. If you are not sure you are dealing with OC-Staff, please contact the admins or Feedback.

For starters, Omni Chat staff are here to help out our members. In most cases, chatters will deal with Guide_ and Staff_ . Frequent visitors will also meet the other stafmembers, since our staff will go out and visit our members in the chatrooms.
Staff_ you will meet in the Scripters-Lounge, where they support scripters or owners using a script. They can advise you or help you test out your script on a special server. Questions about Scripts will not be answered in helpdesk, Helpdesk is merely for help on webchat related questions.
In our Helpdesk therefor you will meet our Guides_. Guides can also be found in chatrooms, checking up or acting on violations of the Code of Conduct.
Sysops and Admins you will mostly see acting up on abusematters like floods and other serious violations of the Code of Conduct, but also to register rooms for example, or when a owner requests them to do so.
